How these are counted
- Every amount is the provider's own figure: OpenRouter's charge for each request (looked up by its id), and Exotel's price for each call. A figure OpenRouter has not confirmed yet shows as confirming.
- The phone call is shown at once as an estimate, marked ≈: every started minute of the patient's time on the line, at ₹0.40 (how Exotel has priced every call on this account). Exotel's own price replaces it within a minute or two of the call.
- Voice: the lines every call shares are made once and reused. A call pays for its greeting with the name and its questions, in the language it opens in, and for the agent's replies, which are made as they are said. Another language is made only if the patient switches to it.
- "Unused" requests lost a race to their backup (both run when the first is slow), or were still running when the call stopped waiting. They are paid for, so they are counted.
- Rupees at ₹94.93 per dollar (European Central Bank reference rate, 2026-10-20). OpenRouter bills in dollars; your card's rate may differ slightly.
- OpenRouter's own total for this key: $0.7923 this month, $0.00370 today. The key is shared with other apps, so this is more than the $0.1580 recorded here.
- Exotel also charges the phone number's monthly rent from the same credit, whether or not calls are made.
- Calls made before costs were recorded show only Exotel's price; their OpenRouter costs are "not recorded", not zero.
